Vera Eck, M.F.T.
Vera Eck is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has spent more than three decades helping individuals, couples and families improve their relationships. She is certified in a wide range of counseling modalities – including Imago Relationship Therapy, Discernment Counseling, Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and more – and truly enjoys helping people work through their issues to lead healthier, happier lives.
Education & Approach
Vera earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Additionally, Vera has gained specialized experience working with people in recovery, helping them deal with all facets of addiction and codependency. Many clients report that Vera’s direct and practical approach has helped them greatly improve their relationships with themselves and others.
